We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Office Administrator role for a Real Estate company based in London. Our client offers distinctively customized service for Hong Kong and abroad investors, representing client interests in the acquisition of UK rising property.
Requirements:
English and Mandarin fluency
Bachelor's degree
1 year of marketing experience is desirable.
A hard worker and a capable executor.
Responsibilities: Marketing: Upload rental and sale properties, as well as short-term rental ads (writing content and prepare all relevant property details) Create a weekly report on the number of viewings and inquiries. Create content for social media and create a marketing schedule. Produce a weekly performance report and budget summary. Create offline marketing materials such as letters and brochures. Producing property presentation and marketing materials for current clients Weekly marketing content and budgets updates Administration: Carry out clerical activities such as filing, answering phones, replying to emails, and preparing papers. Carry out accounting activities such as invoicing and bookkeeping. Meetings and travel arrangements for top corporate personnel should be planned.
