We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant/Import Assistant role in the UK-based Air Conditioning company. The firm is a leading-edge exclusive high-end Air Conditioning Systems importer and European distributor based in the United Kingdom. The firm is seeking a competent individual to fill this position who will play an active part in aiding the Imports Office's day-to-day operations. This entails working with our Chinese producers regularly to place orders, coordinate container deliveries, and manage the import process from start to finish.
Job Requirements:
• Chinese and English language skills (Reading, writing, and spoken)
• A background in corporate customer service/supplier service
• Must be able to operate all office equipment such as scanners, printers, copiers, PDAs, projectors, phones, and PCs.

• Maintaining a deep awareness of product uses and expertise
• Responding to email inquiries from customers and suppliers
• Organizer with our Chinese suppliers / Importer of freight
• Purchasing goods from China
• Preparation of orders and invoicing
• Providing consumers with information about delivery
• Handling with and addressing consumer complaints and concerns as they arise
• Management of office diaries and calendars
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized workplace
• Orders are packed and dispatched as needed.
• Following up with clients after they've made a purchase
