We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Admin / Office Clerk role in an Oriental Supermarket based in Bristol. The company is a retailer of Asian foods whose main business is to transport products to supermarkets and Chinese restaurants. The company is looking for a Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaker for this role.
Job Requirements:
Basic English and Cantonese, or Mandarin fluency.
Possess excellent communication skills, active thinking abilities, and an aptitude for learning and self-improvement.
Know how to use a keyboard and some basic office applications.
Working in Chinese stores and having a basic understanding of Chinese cuisine.
Strong hands-on abilities, sincerity and professionalism, initiative, good character, meticulous work, and a strong feeling of duty are all desirable qualities.
Communication skills, patience, and stress resistance.
The ability to work quickly, accurately, and with great attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities: Assist with the sale and procurement of Chinese food. Document processing on a daily basis, in-and-out paperwork, teller. Assist with inventory management and scheduling on a daily basis. Be in charge of the warehouse module's backend operations and data updating in the system. Dunning customer service. Ensure smooth operations by communicating effectively with coworkers. When necessary, carry out all additional related tasks.
