We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator role in an Information Technology & Services company based in Douglas. The firm is a global provider of integrated IT, IoT, and software solutions, as well as IT and systems, support services to businesses of all sizes. The Office Administrator will be in charge of a wide variety of general administrative responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
• English and Mandarin language proficiency
• Has a rudimentary familiarity with IT jargon
• Minimum 1 year of office work in a multi-cultural setting is required
• A current Isle of Man driving license is required
• Understanding of cross organizations and cultural sensitivity
• Recognizes the critical needs of a particular scenario and acts quickly and accurately
• Solution-focused
• Is always diplomatic and courteous and honest
• Friendliness, support, assistance, and collaboration
• Highly confidential, ensuring that information remains confidential and private both in and out of the business

• Driving responsibilities that serve the Marketing Team's needs, which may involve meeting planning and/or participation
• Supports the efficient execution of the Marketing team's daily administrative activities
• Contributes to colleagues' attendance at external conferences with agencies/bodies (including personal appointments)
• Complete assignments successfully and within agreed-upon timeframes
• Ensure that internal office needs are satisfied and that support with external entities is carried out properly
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team, coworkers, third-party providers, and suppliers
• Responsible for judgments making within the framework and scope
• When necessary, understands when to elevate; seeks help and/or counsel
