We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Operator role in a Freight Forwarding company. An experienced Mandarin and or Cantonese bi-lingual person is ideal for this position. This is a 5 days a week shift-based job.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of expertise in shipping service to China.
Excellent client service skills (Calls, Emails, Chats, etc).
Excellent at solving problems in time-sensitive situations.
Basic computer (Microsoft Office) and IP phone skills are required.
Can communicate fluently in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Cantonese is a plus.
Job Responsibilities: Execute daily operations in accordance with the Deputy General Manager's corporate strategy. Managing a global freight forwarding service (Import and export via air, sea, rail, and trucks, as well as client service). Handling cases managed by the Japan headquarters, and Chinese and Mexico branches. Supporting various concerns during the installation of a new office, in addition to forwarding services. Depending on the common agreement with coworkers, you may be required to participate in other job duties.
