We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Communications Executive role in a Spectator Sports company based in London. The company owns and organizes a unique and virtually exciting international running event for corporate teams to race through the financial district of their city while experiencing world-class hospitality and a live DJ at the event's official after-party. The Client Communications Executive will be an important member of the team, helping with client services, communication, asset design, customer issues, and virtual event operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, a team player, and have prior experience working in a fast-paced workplace.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of internet communications experience, preferably in the sports, activity, or wellness industries.
Chinese bi-lingual.
Solid understanding and experience in the use of data to generate insight and aid decision-making.
Outstanding copywriting, drafting, and proofreading abilities.
Previous expertise with design software, like Canva or Affinity, is preferred.
Working knowledge of email marketing tools such as Braze, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
Strong communication skills which can be utilized with coworkers, sponsors, vendors, clients, participants, and viewers.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager with a go-getter attitude.
The ability to think in new directions and solve problems.
Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
Focused, cheerful, calm, and collected, with great decision-making abilities.
Excellent customer service, especially the ability to deal diplomatically and tactfully with challenging situations.
Ability to establish an open, honest, and trusted relationship with other members of the team.
IT literacy is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as the ability to use design applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, compose and provide on-brand event communications, event marketing, and event outcomes for the worldwide community and private event customers on the Virtual Club on a regular basis. Creation and ongoing administration of client user experiences and communication initiatives, as well as measuring and assessing customer engagement. Throughout the Virtual Club platform, develop, supply, or modify digital copy, material, and assets. Contribute to the monthly content plan and assist with copywriting while keeping a good tone of voice. Contribute to the entire communication strategy as well as a new vision for the future. Create toolkits and collateral to aid the Online Club's growth. Basic develop innovative graphics to advertise Digital Club events and to support live content or event objectives. Work with key external agencies to produce bilingual content and communications. Analyze the impact of messages using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Collect and interpret data on event attendance, platform usage, user experience, and comments from users, and then report on what you learned about how to enhance user retention. Consult with other vendors for web and innovative solutions. Routine support and response to user concerns, as well as error troubleshooting. As needed, assistance with new projects and features in the Virtual Club. Working on ad hoc projects and assignments with people from various departments. Assist users with questions and responses.
