We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Admin Assistant role in a Telecommunications company based in Banbury. The company aspires to be the world's largest producer of mobile phone peripherals. To supervise all parts of the firm's procurement administration, the organization is searching for an organized professional with a great eye for detail.
Job Requirements:
Excellent Excel skills.
Exceptionally well-organized.
Fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not required.
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Job Responsibilities: Assist the procurement manager with monthly batch testing. Collaborate with the Fast East team to schedule factory audits and pre-shipment inspections. Assisting the procurement manager with the completion of WEEE, battery, and packaging submissions. Assisting the procurement manager in the development of new products, as well as locating new factories and samples. Keeping track of sample ETAs and managing sample spreadsheets. Ensure that all product data is documented and kept up to date on internal systems. Assist the procurement manager in working with suppliers to meet any customer FSDU/CDU needs. Collaboration with the design team on artwork for live orders. Assuring that artwork is delivered to the factory on time and in good condition.
