主要工作内容

• 准备每日食材 Prepare daily ingredients 

• 接受并制作客人的食物 Taking orders and preparing them as necessary (make the food!)

• 为客人提供食品、软饮 Service of food, soft drinks, & alcoholic beverages

• 与顾客保持沟通以确保顾客满意度，及时妥善处理顾客投诉并在必要时转达给管理层 Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction and to refer them to management if necessary

• 准确处理顾客的订单 Process customer bills or payments accurately

• 日常库存检查 Track level of stock and inventory and order or receive stock as necessary

• 严格尊周管理层制定的开铺与关铺的时间与清洁程序 Follow all opening/closing/cleaning duties as directed by management

• 对菜单有足够的了解，能够为顾客解答问题 Maintain a good level of knowledge of the menus to enable guidance for customers

• 对顾客与销售保持积极的态度 Be pro-active in promoting sales and maintaining customers

• 确保工作区域整洁卫生 Ensure working areas are always clean, tidy and organised

• 保持高度个人卫生，穿着工作制服 Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and wear uniform as provided and prescribed and to always ensure it is kept clean and presentable

需要条件

• 对烹饪和使用刀具有一定基础 Ability to cook and knowledge of basic knife skills

• 较好的沟通及表达能力 Effective communication skills

• 无需相关工作经验但必须有强烈学习兴趣和能力 Experience is not required but must be moivated to learn
  

• 较强的组织能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境 Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

• 有团队精神 Team spirit

• 需根据生意情况接受灵活工作时间安排 （星期一至日）Flexible to work a varied rota Monday to Sunday to meet the needs of the business

• 有食物安全考核资格者优先 Food safety training is a plus

• 中英文皆流利者优先 Fluent in both English & Chinese would be an advantage

• 必须有英国工作身份 Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
