We have an exciting opportunity for a VIP Sales Associate- Asia Business Team role in a Retail company based in London. This job is in charge of acquiring and retaining clients across Asia, with a particular focus on the traveling/walk-in consumer. Providing excellent customer service and satisfying clients' requirements and expectations on a constant basis.

Job Requirements:

• Must have demonstrated retail sales and competence in a high-end/luxury industry for a minimum of 2 years.

• Outstanding communication skills in Mandarin.

• Specific knowledge of the Comme des Garcons Fashion House, its style, its customers, and its sub-brands.

• Good knowledge of the company's collections and supply availability.

• Maintaining existing clients while building a client book for possible new business.

• Attending appropriate training (i.e. clienteling, business development).

• Knowledge of Retail Pro would be useful.

• Experience interacting with WeChat, Little Red Book, and utilising AliPay and WeChat Pay.

• It is beneficial to have a good grasp of Chinese Customs and Duties processes for exporting paid commodities.

• A highly driven and capable individual who can communicate effectively with people at all levels, both internally and internationally.

• A self-starter who can set the bar with their expertise and attitude.

• Must be a high-energy, self-motivated, and well-organized individual.

• Adaptable with business hours and prepared to go above and beyond to complete the task and ensure complete client satisfaction.

• Exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented.

• Proactive, multitasking, and working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to see issues and put suitable solutions in place.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promoting the expansion of business in Asia.

• Managing Asian clients' relationships and providing the finest customer service possible.

• Obtaining and retaining Asian clients, both domestically and abroad, with a focus on ultimate clients.

• Setting the bar for the highest levels of customer service at all times, in line with other high-end merchants.

• Attainment of important financial objectives.

• Providing our VIP Asian clientele with a tailored shopping and styling experience.

• Assist with general Asian VIP inquiries as the main point of contact.

• Providing consistently high levels of client service.

• Work closely with the rest of the VIP team to establish a coordinated strategy for our top-spending clients throughout the world.

• Organizing VIP experiences and events for Asian clients

• Adding new clients to the company database and keeping a larger customer database of important customers throughout Asia.

• Ensure that product transfers and standards are implemented to ensure a smooth and timely process.

• With the VIP group, communication of significant launches and adherence to protocol are essential.

• Maintain the standards of Floor and Shop.

• At all times, representing business values and functioning as a brand ambassador for the shop.

• Proper packaging and shipping of all merchandise once sold, assuring safe reception by the client and suitable follow-up.

• Photographing new things and distributing product presentations and releases through e-mail/WeChat/LRB in a professional manner.

• Good housekeeping; ensuring that crucial events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays are included in the customer database.
