Job description

1. According to the company's strategy, assist in the preparation of the annual budget, determine the annual performance, and monitor and manage the whole process;

2. Participate in the formulation of the company's various document issuance systems, integrate business and finance, and help business decision-making;

3. Complete the performance management of each business unit, accurately calculate, control risks, and assist in achieving performance;

4. Gain insight into business problems, discover business needs, issue routine or special analysis reports, and promote better and faster business development;

5. Assist the group's financial information work.

职位职责：

1、根据公司战略，协助编制年度预算，确定年度绩效，并进行全过程的监控管理；

2、参与制定公司各项发文制度，业财融合，帮助业务决策；

3、完成各业务单元业绩管理，准确核算，控制风险，协助业绩达成；

4、洞察业务问题，发掘业务需求，出具常规或专项分析报告，推动业务更好更快发展；

5、协助集团财务信息化工作。
