TikTok Live Stream Presenter Assistant

Job Description

1. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the TikTok stores, product updates, store display, able to independently operate the store backend, and understand the platform rules and operating rules. 负责店铺的日常维护、产品更新、店铺陈列，能独立操作店铺后台，并了解平台规则及操作细则

2. Responsible for product analysis of the store (product pricing, determination of main products, analysis of sales). 负责店铺的产品分析（商品定价、确定主推商品、分析销售情况）

3. Collect store operation data and market information, analyze daily operation, statistical data, discover hidden problems, propose targeted solutions, and continuously optimize operation quality. 店铺经营数据和市场信息的收集，分析每日营运情况，统计数据，发掘隐含内在问题，有针对性地提出解决办法，持续优化运营质量

4. Responsible for the promotion of online stores, increasing the number of clicks and views on the stores, and working with the team to achieve monthly and annual performance targets. 负责网络店铺推广，提高店铺点击率和浏览量，配合团队，达成月度、年度业绩目标

5. Regularly plan online store activities to enhance the store's fame and gather traffic and popularity. 定期策划网店活动，提升店铺名气，聚集流量和人气

6. Keep abreast of the latest rules and developments in TikTok platforms, and develop new programs in accordance with the new rules. 及时了解TikTok平台的最新规则以及动态，并及时根据新规则制定新方案

Job requirements

1. have shaken live operation related work experience, familiar with the midfield control, can set the scene and set the light. 有抖音直播运营相关工作经历，熟悉中场控，会布景和布光

2. Have a keen interest in live streaming, team spirit, willing to suffer, lively and cheerful personality, quick response, with emergency planning ability! 对直播有浓厚的兴趣，有团队精神，愿意吃苦，性格活泼开朗，反应敏捷，具备应急预案能力！

3. The most important thing is to be able to optimise the anchor's live ability in real time and have your own set of perfect anchor growth systems. 最重要的是能够实时优化主播的直播能力，拥有自己一套完善的主播成长体系

Job Type: Internship; Part-time; Full-time

Internship salary: £500 -£1,000 per month

Language: Mandarin for daily communication (preferred); English at business proficiency level (preferred)
