总经理助理1人，男性优先

1. 硕士以上学历，法律及管理相关专业；

2. 英语口语流利，且具有很强的中英文写作能力；

3. 可协助总裁对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理；

3. 有大型公司工作经验；

4. 主导或者参与公司重大业务的决策和谈判；

5. 处理涉及总裁办公的电话/邮件等各种渠道信息的一切外联事宜；

6. 善于沟通，有大型自助餐饮管理相关经验者优先；

7. 可出差，有英国驾照者优先。

Job Title: PA to Managing Director

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for:

·  Responsible for extensive diary management for the MD including arranging all appointments, dealing with general telephone enquiries appropriately

·  Managing and liaising with all functional stakeholders, consultants, professionals and landlords.

·  Dealing with emergency issues and preparing formal paperwork where necessary.

·  Assisting MD to manage employees.

·  Word processing of letters, memos, agendas, minutes and reports.

·  Writing letters and emails from dictation.

·  Attending meetings and taking minutes.

·  Assisting with projects and research.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

·  Have a master degree in Law

·  2-3 years relevant working experience.

·  Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills both written and spoken

·  Have good organisational skills and communication skills.

·  Clean UK driving license is preferred.

1、硕士以上学历， 电子商务相关专业；

2、擅长在Facebook, Twitter做市场推广;

3、电脑软件（办公软件&平面软件）以及硬件基础维护工作；

4、公司网站维护及管理工作（网页及时更新）；

5、平面设计、排版及基础软件应用；

6、英语水平佳，善于沟通；

6、带英国驾照优先。

 Job Description:

 The candidate will be responsible for:

·         Maintaining IT environment, including software, hardware, network, local server and telephone system.

·         Supporting IT and network Troubleshooting for other offices.

·         Designing and maintaining company’s website. Updating website in due course.

·         Assisting marketing department to promote company’s band in multiple media, like twitter, facebook.

·         Some admin work where necessary

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

·         have a master degree in IT or E-commerce related;

·         have knowledge of graphic design, Photoshop and HTML

·         Fluent English and Mandarin

·         have good organisational skills and communication skills.

·         Full clean driving license.
