We are currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative with strong organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities.
Knowledge of electronic products industry preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Amazon,ebay orders would be preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1-3 years of experience working with customers in one or more contact channels - including phone, email.
Comfortable using technology; familiarity and experience with eCommerce.
Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes and products
Able to positively and efficiently resolve customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks
High attention to detail, organized and able to follow through
Job Duties:
Provide Fast Friendly and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers
Schedule service / estimate appointments in a timely manner.
Pick in/out bound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments
Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
Other assigned duties as directed by management
