We are looking for a hardworking FULL TIME CHEF AND PART TIME CHEF (12PM - 2PM) to join our team to work on a market stall which specialises in Oriental street food. The role will involve working in a dynamic, social environment in the heart of City. Catering experience preferred and must be prepared for early morning starts. 

We offer a competitive salary and if you are working all day, lunch will be included. 


Who we want: 
- Someone who has experience working with food preparation (cutting chicken, cooking chicken and salads) and is confident with Food Safety Procedures. 


- Experience in a market environment is ideal but not essential. 

- Adaptable and able to work independently and able to use own initiative.

- Punctual with excellent time keeping skills and able to complete tasks by a given time.

- Positive with an enthusiastic attitude, a fast learner, willing to listen and follow instructions correctly.



-Team player and able to work under pressure, multitask, prioritise, use initiative and follow instructions

- Physically fit and strong as job involves setting up stall

- Excellent food hygiene

- Over 18, eligible to work in the UK with a National insurance number.




A clean UK driving license is a bonus! You also need to be hard working and work well under pressure as the stall get very busy at times. This position would also require you to be fit and be able to work in all types of weather conditions as the market stall is outdoors all year round and requires quite a bit of lifting whilst setting up and packing up each day.
