Job Vacancy of Career Coaching Programme Consultants - Edinburgh

A leading global professional training and consultancy company is recruiting a number of additional dynamic and self-motivated bilingual (Mandarin/English) consultants for a career coaching training programme aimed for Chinese graduates in the UK.

Brief description of Campus Consultant:

Mandarin Consulting has an in-depth understanding of the recruitment processes of international companies and their requirements for their Chinese applicants. Through its strong team of English speaking coaches, Mandarin Consulting has delivered an impressive track record in the past.

Description of the role:
The consultant will:
- Research university market and get access to ambitious Chinese students on campus;
- Organise regular seminars/workshops at campus for Chinese students with offer-holders or professionals;
- Answer all initial enquiries from Chinese students and graduates about the career coaching programme;
- Successfully convince suitable candidates to join our programme;
- Give feedback to the management of the needs of potential candidates;
- Achieve a set sales target;
Requirements of the role:
- Determined, focused and result driven
- Strong analytical, organization and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
- Quick thinker and fast learner
- Strong desire to help others
- Excellent interpersonal communication, persuasion skills and strong articulation skills
- Good command of English to be able to communicate with the native English speaking staff in the company
- Mobility and Flexibility to travel



Salary will be based on sales performance with very attractive commission and extra allowance and bonus. Strong performers will be offered a permanent position in the company. The company can organise work permit.
