Hi I want to share my place ( 2 bedroom ) maisonette with someone. I will keep one room for my belonging. I am working abroad, so you wont see me much in a year ( maybe once a year for a short stay, around 2 weeks ) 

Therefore, you will occupy a spacious bedroom and living room, bathroom, kitchen, utility room on your own ( most of the time), I also have a garden, so you can invite friends over for bbq in the summer. Bills arent included. 

The property is 5 mins to the tube, close to all amenity. Immediately viewing. However the property is available from 8th March. 

YOU WILL  Equivalent HAVE A ONE BED ROOM FLAT WITH a GARDEN majority of the time. I am looking for a couple or one person with maturity to look after the place for me. The person who is responsible. Reference will be required.
