Kim Chi is the most iconic Korean dish and it’s unique spicy fermented flavour is very addictive and is loved by millions around the world. But did you know that process of making it is painfully complex and is arduously time consuming.
This means if you aren’t in a Korean restaurant ordering it as an expensive side dish or buying over fermented pack from Asian supermarkets it’s not possible to taste original mom’s freshly made version when you live abroad. Having been in this situation ourselves, we wanted find a solution and after months of tasting over 50 different paste versions mixed in various stages of fermentations, we came up with a solution.
It’s a joy and excitement to be able to share this simple way to make your own Kim Chi easily by just mixing it with our paste to deliver mom’s freshly made taste
