How to use:

1. Put the middle of belt around your smallest part of waist.

2. Use some forces to stretch the belt to maxium to make it around your waist. Do not worry, it is strong enough to stretch a much longer length.

3.  Make sure the end of belt straight smoothly paste on another end. so the belt is invisible under clothing.

4. Move up or down to where you most want to reduce size. for example, you have extra fat on lower abdomen,  you just move down to cover there.
