Targeting at the Chinese market in the UK, 51Parcel Ltd is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. Successful candidate should have strong background and understanding of current trends in managing digital marketing channels including email, search, online advertising, affiliate programs, social media and mobile. You will monitor and optimize digital channels and communicate performance levels back to the business. A proven track record of managing successful, large-scale digital marketing campaigns from conception through to delivery is preferred, as well as proven ability to build, manage and develop relationships within the company and externally. You will be a team player, curious and take the initiative to bring ideas to the table, aiming to achieve objectives and maximize results for the company.

Job responsibilities:

1. Oversee the social media strategy for the company. Design, build and maintain our social media presence and manage the online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

2. Provide functional expertise, best practices and recommendations regarding the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns with full planning and budgetary control, and in line with business objectives

3. Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve range and reach, and enhance effectiveness of the marketing campaign content

4. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor tactics

5. Review new technologies, techniques and opportunities and other digital assets to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing

6. Ensure digital communication projects/programs are executed within strict conformance to risk, security, and all legal commitments and obligations

7. Working with a cross-departmental team, plan, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties

Qualifications and experience required:

1. Passionate about the digital world, target-driven and fast learner

2. Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in social media

3. Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios

4. Experienced with advertising operations, including tag management systems and Google Analytics tracking

5. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

6. Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary i.e. content development, creation and editing of content, and online

7. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

8. Proactive with a problem solving and can do attitude
