Working Time: 5 days per week

Location: Manchester Airport

Key responsibilities:

·        Processing invoices, reconciliation of supplier statements

·        Preparing end of month bookkeeping and reports

·        Assisting with Quarterly VAT return

·        Managing other day-to-day transactions

·        Processing business expenses

·        Managing company ledgers

·        Managing payrolls and related matters

·        Sorting financial documents and posting to the right accounts

·        Liaising with other departments

·        Other duties as required

Key skills and qualifications required:

·        Experience within this role

·        Preferably Sage trained and good knowledge of Word and Excel

·        Numeracy, literacy, initiative & attention to detail essential

·        Hard working, great communication skills, self-discipline, strong team player

·        Hotel industry experience preferred

·        Good awareness of deadlines.
