Main Responsibilities

·         Being main contact of brands assigned, building and maintaining relationship with clients, providing high-level customer service of e-commerce consultant;

·         Supporting marketing team in working closely with the research function & leveraging digital analysis;

·         Offering clients the optional services skilfully, e.g. branding and marketing;

·         Planning customised promotions and campaigns for particular clients, based on fully understanding of e-commerce background;

·         Bring certain resources to appropriate departments, efficiently working with the internal teams and inerrably leading sales;

·         Communications with back-end teams for products launching, includes operations team, sales team, design team and technology team

·         Setting and leading internal passion, creating selling points and delivering brand stories.

Key Requirements:

·         Fluent in English and Mandarin (English mother tongue preferred);

·         Successful and proven negotiation, communication and presentation skills;

·         Strong acknowledgement of e-commerce, especially China marketplace targeted;

·         Ability to respond to changing priorities and react accordingly;

·         Ability to understand and analyse data;

·         Team work skills;

·         Microsoft Office – Intermediate level ideal at least, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
