Role and Responsibilities

1.    Receive VIP account parcels from couriers

2.    Receive order information from VIP contact by email or FTP

3.    Place order for VIP account parcels

4.    Label the parcel and send to scan

5.    Prepare export documents

6.    Update tracking no. and tracking information to VIP contact

7.    Respond to all enquiry from VIP contact

8.    Keep working place tidy and clean

Qualifications and Education Requirements

1.    A-Level above

2.    English communication skill both in oral and writing

3.    Fluent Chinese both in oral and writing

4.    Basic mathematics knowledge

5.    Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills

1.    Strong attention to detail and methodical approach

2.    Ability to communicate at all levels

3.    Strong organization skills

4.    Customer service skills

5.    Prior Experience in warehouse operation preferred
