Mandarin Speaking Office Administrator
Due to the continuous growth of our accounting business, we are currently looking for a Mandarin Speaker to join us in Liverpool, as Office Administrator to support our daily work. Please find more details as below:
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm
Holidays: 28 days per annum (include Public Holidays)
Contract Type: Full Time
Facilities: Free Car Park
About the Role:
· Coordinate administrative and clerical activities to ensure the effective office operation
· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, check invoices
· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Assist manger and colleagues when necessary
About You:
· Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
· Ability to work under pressure and work with a team
· Excellent working knowledge of Excel, include pivot table
· Previous experience in accountancy is preferred
· Candidate must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions
