超大ensuite即日急租，可随时入住。1250一个月，包bills，每两周有清洁。

-距离碎片大厦和伦敦桥地铁站走路5分钟，距离伦敦国王学院guys校区和guys医院步行3分钟，距离borough market步行5分钟，周边有很多餐厅，超市和市场。非常安全和便利。特别适合伦敦国王学院guys和waterloo校区的学生。

-有两名在工作的英国室友，女，不吸烟，没有宠物，很安静友好。因为这个flat没有客厅，所以大家平常都呆在自己的房间里面。

-房租是1250磅一个月，包所有的bills， 另外每两周会有清洁工来打扫房间。 租期至少得2个月， 押金是一个月的房租1250， 最好能提前支付2个月的房租。房东直租，无其他额外的中介费或管理费。如果是情侣两人入住，需额外支付费用，可以跟房东协商。

-租期很灵活，至少2个月以上，可以随时退租，但需要至少提前1个月通知房东。

I currently live at a spacious ensuite with a private bathroom and big wardrobe in a 3 bed flat around London Bridge, Zone 1,

- Only 5 mins walk to Shard and London Bridge tube &train station, 3 mins to Kings college guy's campus and guy's hospital.

- Both my flatmates are female professionals, very friendly and easy-going, as well as respect each other's privacy. There is NO lounge, so we mainly stay in our own room, a very quiet and cosy environment.

- The monthly rental is 1250 pounds (there might be extra charge for a couple), all bills and cleaning every two weeks included.

-The tenancy is very flexible, you can move out whenever you want, but 1 month notice is required. ONLY FOR 2 MONTHS RENT OR OVER. Preferably 2 months rental upfront if that's ok, but the upfront rental doesn't have to all come at once. 1 month rent deposit is required.

I wanna find a person to take over my tenancy from now on 31 Nov, IMMEDIATELY!!! Because my mom is coming to visit me in London and I need to find a bigger place to host us.
