Cooks Delights Ltd is seeking for sales and marketing staff who can speak Chinese languages to join the Sales and Marketing department for the following duties: 
• Assist customers to place orders through telephone, email or fax
• Contact regular customers to take orders and advise sales, introducing new products and promoting sales items
• Look after allocated customers and solve all sorts of customer queries
• Repair old customers and convert them into active accounts
• Meet agreed sales target and other performance requirements
• Customer service

For the right candidates there is the opportunity to progress within the sales and marketing department.

We offer the following:

• 6 days training for the first  8 weeks
• After  successful training , you will be required to work  5 days a week, between Monday to Sunday
• Permanent contract
• 28 days paid annual leave ( including Bank Holidays) 
• Enrolment into a Pension Scheme 
• Starting salary for this is £16000 to £22000, depending on experience 
• Performance based bonuses also payable
