Working time, 8:30 -5:30 (one-hour lunch break ), Monday --Friday.Responsibilities: Preparing the warehouse ready for daily operational use.Ensure effective and efficient all our space .utilisation Ensure sufficient stocks of warehouse consumables are in the front place, and easy to take any orders. Assist with managing and checking the store within the warehouse
Control delivery receiving, warehousing, distribution, and any maintenance operations Maintain Company and Statutory standards of health & safety, hygiene and security, Managed stock control and reconciled with the Inventory Management system Liaise with suppliers and other external parties e.g.the Third part delivery company forwardersPlan work patterns and assign tasks as appropriate, Any other relevant tasks, as directed by your line manager Any other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager, Directors or relevant stakeholders Required Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating a warehouse, Planning and organizing skills Ability to use all warehouse equipment (training can be provided where required e.g. forklifts) Detailed knowledge of best practice from a Quality perspective, 1+ years of Warehouse experience, Strong MS Office skills Job Type: Full-time
