About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Co-Manager to join our team and oversee daily warehouse operations together with the Warehouse Manager. You will help ensure smooth workflow, accurate stock control, and efficient loading/unloading processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily operations
• Support stock management, inventory checks, and order accuracy

• Work closely with drivers, logistics teams, and suppliers
• Monitor performance and assist in staff training
• Help plan shift schedules and allocate work efficiently

Requirements
• Previous experience in warehouse supervision or management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and health & safety rules
• Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
