We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant role with a London-based skincare firm. Our client is dedicated to bringing new methodologies through research and development as well as displaying cutting-edge technology and expertise curated from around the world.
They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work in the London center.
Requirements:
An experienced Customer Service Assistant with at least two years of experience is required.
Experience in a related field, preferably cosmetic/plastic surgery or an Aesthetic context, is required.
Although not required, fluency in Mandarin would be desirable.
Responsibilities: Responding to common inquiries from patients via phone and email Keeping our consumers up to date on the latest developments and ongoing promos Front-line procedures, such as appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering, are performed.
