We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Representative role for a Financial Services company in London. Our client is an award-winning broker that specializes in online foreign exchange and CFD trading. Your role as a Customer Service Representative will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by offering bilingual help to clients.
Requirements:
English and either Mandarin, Cantonese, or European Language Proficiency (this is essential).
The ability to deliver professional service using online communication channels
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Willingness to invest in long-term career development and professional development
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Work under pressure
Eager to learn about the financial markets, CFD sector, and trading platform
Collaborative work and open-mindedness
Responsibilities:
You must ensure that any questions and issues from clients are addressed and handled in a timely way. Making certain that each and every client receives the best customer service possible at all phases of their relationship with the company.
You will be responsible for the following as an exceptional service provider:
Providing the clients with high-quality, best-in-class service via phone, email, and other online contact methods.
Taking the initiative to handle client problems on a consistent basis; with complete dedication and drive.
Use your knowledge/experience to not only detect concerns or possible difficulties but also to propose an inventive solution customized to the clients' demands/business needs in a timely manner.
Taking the initiative to explore new business prospects and ways to improve the customer experience; Going above and beyond when it comes to client service
Proactively communicate with multiple departments in order to assist our clients in resolving their issues.
This position may necessitate shift work, with the morning shift starting from 09:00 – 18:00 and the afternoon shift starting from 11:00 – 20:00, with a one-hour meal break between shifts. Furthermore, this position necessitates bilingual support - either Mandarin, Cantonese, or a European language. (Being multilingual in a European language is critical as the company expand throughout Europe.)
