ustomer Support/Business Manager
· Main tasks and Responsibilities
Ø Keep close contacts with DDP in order to receive orders and create relevant documents
Ø Follow whole order flow from creation of PI to signature, send signed documents to colleagues in charge, make sure order is properly processed in our system
Ø Check shipment and follow tracking, keeping customers and colleagues duly informed
Ø Check invoices and send them to customers in due time
Ø Keep overdue payments under control in cooperation with local/HQ colleagues
Ø Keep price list files updated following instructions received from sales staff
Ø Support sales staff with statistics and sales reports
Ø Keep customer database with special emphasis on order and delivery info
Ø Cooperate with other staff in the office to ensure smooth business operations and support colleagues in other departments whenever needed
Ø Provide support in event/exhibitions organization
Ø Support Sales and Marketing team for what rebates calculation/credit notes issue is concerned
Ø Cooperate with Sales and Marketing team with calculation of DMP contribution
Ø Support Country Manager in preparing procedures for DDP/DMP rebates and contribution
Ø Keep updated tracks of above
· Required skills
Ø Previous experience in customer service
Ø Flexibility, empathy and communication skills
Ø Ability to communicate in English
