We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Operator role in a Freight Forwarding company. An experienced Mandarin and or Cantonese bi-lingual person is ideal for this position. This is a 5 days a week shift-based job.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of expertise in shipping service to China.

• Excellent client service skills (Calls, Emails, Chats, etc).

• Excellent at solving problems in time-sensitive situations.

• Basic computer (Microsoft Office) and IP phone skills are required.

• Can communicate fluently in Mandarin and English; knowledge of Cantonese is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operations in accordance with the Deputy General Manager's corporate strategy.

• Managing a global freight forwarding service (Import and export via air, sea, rail, and trucks, as well as client service).

• Handling cases managed by the Japan headquarters, and Chinese and Mexico branches.

• Supporting various concerns during the installation of a new office, in addition to forwarding services.

• Depending on the common agreement with coworkers, you may be required to participate in other job duties.
