We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader role in a London-based Retail company. The company is one of the largest food retailers and is looking for a person who will manage the warehouse's daily operations, assuring that deliveries are planned on time, the warehouse is maintained following the Company and Health & Safety rules, and collaboration between the warehouse and other departments in the shop operates well.
Job Requirements:
• Ability to perform manual labor and heavy lifting.
• Prior managerial and inventory control expertise is required.
• Previous retail expertise in a fast-paced setting is required.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Must hold current Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Licences.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United Kingdom.

• Accept delivery, unpack containers, and sign delivery notes.
• Inspect for any lost or broken objects.
• Enter and exit inventory on the store's information technology system.
• Administer stock rotation.
• Ensure that pallets are stacked and stock is loaded onto vehicles in a safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and neat warehouse at all times.
• Ensure that employees are utilizing forklifts and other equipment in a safe and careful manner.
• Execute projects as needed in collaboration with the store management team, particularly during peak selling seasons such as Christmas and Chinese New Year.
• Accountable for stock reliability and inventory levels.
• On a daily and monthly basis, provide the necessary reports to store management.
• Confirm that your department performs a daily shortfall review on low and out-of-stock goods for the duty manager.
• Communicate with all department bosses about their daily picking needs.
