We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservation Sales & Ticketing Agent role in a Travel Arrangements company headquartered in London. It is a worldwide GSA and tourist marketing company that represents airlines, as well as destinations, inns, airports, vehicles, trains, cruise, and other trade promotions, and offers professional passenger GSA solutions. It is looking to recruit an experienced Mandarin-speaking Reservation Sales & Ticketing Agent.

Job Requirements:

• High school degree and diploma from a travel institution.

• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Excellent numeric skills.

• It is necessary to speak, read, and write Mandarin fluently.

• Ticketing and bookings experience for airlines of at least 2 years is required.

• Experience with Amadeus of bookings, fares, and e-ticketing.

• Excellent grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Capability to work amid pressure.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Teamwork skills.

• Must be customer-centric, presentable, and articulate.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Excellent flexibility and attention to detail.

• Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receiving calls for bookings from customers and business partners.

• Making airline reservations, revisions, ancillaries, etc., and releasing/rereleasing tickets and EMDs (both auto and manual fare-build).

• Handling invoices and making payments for airline tickets while abiding by the reporting requirements set out by the airline and business.

• Daily and monthly airline revenue reporting and reconciliation

• Delivering top-notch customer service over the phone and in person.

• Handling ticket reissues, upgrading, reroutes, misplaced tickets, and other issues over the telephone or in person.

• Bookings for groups and tour operators, as well as the issuance of contractual terms in line with specific airline norms.

• Liaison with local management and the HO.
