Our client, one of the world’s leading online gambling companies, is currently recruiting Mandarin speaking customer service advisors for their offices outside of the UK with work visa provided.
General Responsibility:
Responsible for projecting a professional company image through excellent customer service by phone, email and chat communications.
Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction through displaying a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional attitude both in words, writing and in action.
Skills:
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
Good Customer Service skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to handle stressful situations
