Store Managers
Mooboo is recruiting a number of experienced Store Managers to join our team in London to be responsible for the overall management of our stores.
Branch location:
City Centre, East London, Outer London
Responsibilities:
Responsible for beverage preparation, operation, sales, entertaining customers, and providing high-quality products and services to customers.
Make sure the store is running smoothly.
Lead the team to achieve sales targets.
Provide staff training, and update the company's latest guidelines and codes to employees in a timely manner.
Need to cooperate with morning shift, evening shift and holiday shift
Responsible for daily shop work, monitor the environmental sanitation in the shop to meet the hygienic level.
Responsible for store scheduling and monitoring staff performance.
It is necessary to order goods regularly and be responsible for managing the inventory in the store.
Requires regular training and attendance at company meetings.
Require:
Possess a valid work visa
Experience in food service industry
Punctual and stable attendance
The working hours can be matched with morning shift, evening shift and holiday shift
Have good planning and organizational skills
Good leadership and customer service skills
Familiarity with food hygiene procedures, health and safety procedures
Passionate about work and willing to learn.

Annual salary £28,000-£33,000, 40 hours per week + paid annual leave + overtime pay
