We are a CCTV distributor based in Hertfordshire ( 40 mins from Kings Cross Station by train). We are currently looking for a Returns Administrator to join our busy team. You will be  responsible for dealing with the administration and testing of customer returns. Responsibilities will include:

• Raising customer’s returns on the system.

• Liaising directly with customers, providing returns advice, coordinating collections and updating on returns status.

• Performing product testing and carrying out necessary repair or replacement work.

• Organizing faulty products and ship them back to manufacturers for replacement.

• Updating and involving the respective Customer Account Manager where necessary

• Other general administration

The ideal candidate

For this role it is essential that you have IT / Technical background. Understanding CCTV is a plus but not essential as a full training will be given.   You will need to be comfortable taking responsibility for your work and have good attention to detail. You will need to be confident with administration, be organised and able to prioritise a busy workload.  We prefer to have someone who has a UK resident visa.
