We are renting a furnished, large double room in an amazing 3-bed 2-floor house share. The house is located in Battersea, minutes from Battersea Park, Clapham Junction and King's Road. It takes only 15 minutes by bus to Victoria Station or to South Kensington tube.

The house has a large living room with 3 sofas, dining table, TV and broadband. The house has a fully fitted kitchen, front and back patio gardens, a bathroom and a loo.

The room is fully furnished with double bed and built-in wardrobe.

We are looking for a professional couple or an individual, house-trained, tidy but still friendly and sociable.

You will be sharing the house with 2 other profesionals.

The house is available for viewings in the evenings on week days and over the weekend and you will be able to move in from the 1st of July but the date can be flexible.

The rent is: 790gbp for the room + bills (around 50 per person)
The deposit is: 1,200gbp for the room.
