SQ LOCAL RECRUITMENTGeneral Manager of SQ USA Inc.Reports to :CEOSQ USA Inc.Product Range:● Biomass products (Degradable products, Tissues, napkin)● Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) --Face mask, KN95,● Degradable paper pulp tableware● Tissue/Napkin/Toilet paper● Health Supplement● SQ Chemical ProductsServiced Industry: Food and beverage, medical, chemical,packaging,The General Manager is responsible for the management and sales & strategy development of SQ USA Inc. Supervise to the company for the above products to achieve financial and strategic goals. Make the strategy plan based on the market information collected by the marketing and sales team .The GM will lead and develop the local distribution workforce, as well as develop good relations with current and potential clients.Key Responsibilities● According to the HQ regulations to managing the SQ USA Inc. ● Formulate and execute company’s strategic plan● Set and achieve key performance targets for: sales, delivery, cost, expenses and other measurements of operational performance● Timely update and present competitors’ activities and provides market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc to the top management;● Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals.● Develop and maintain an excellent rapport with key stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, community organization, regulatory bodies etc;● Prepare the monthly report ,Develop and implement business plan for profitability.● Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.● Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.● Develop strategies to improve overall brand reputation and sales revenues.● Generate business, cost and employee reports to management.● Schedule regular team meetings to communicate operational/sales results, activities, etc. to Executive Management and provide recommendations and plans for ongoing improvement.● Respond to employee concerns in timely manner.● Provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties.● Determine staffing requirements and ensure that office positions are filled promptly.● Assist in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation, promotion and termination activities.● Manage orientations and exit interviews for employees.● Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.● Manage administrative, logistical, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations.● Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.● Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.● Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities● Responsible for the Whole company managementincluding its personnelYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, SQ is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: ● The role requires an experienced manager with a background in distribution or logistics, with a flair for innovation and ingenuity, process efficiency and new business development.● Experience in sales and in managing people is a clear asset.● The idea candidate will be energetic, appropriately qualified and experienced in the sector.
