We have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator role for a financial services company based in London. Our client is a mortgage broker that specializes in offering personalized service. 

Technical Understanding:

• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and, ideally, Cantonese.

• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

• Understanding the Mortgage Process

• Knowledge of Money Laundering procedures

• Skilled in office applications

Communication & Team Working:

• Liaise with lenders and other stakeholders to ensure that the mortgage process moves forward as quickly as possible.

• If necessary, communicate with advisers and keep them informed about their situations.

Responsibilities:

To provide comprehensive, proactive support to the mortgage advisers:

• To help in the mortgage application process in all times.

• Control of pipeline and current business in an efficient and proactive manner.

• Effective communication with clients, lenders, and third parties.

• Being dedicated to meeting and exceeding goals set by advisers.

• Delivering a courteous and professional service at all times.
