We are looking for a Customer Service Administration to join our team in Manchester. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receives customer requests by telephone or email, provides information requested.

- Work closely with the sale team, processing all orders quickly and accurately.

- Updating and carrying out basic maintenance of the website

Requirements:

- Chinese to mother tongue standard and fluent in written and verbal English, familiar with Chinese culture is essential

- Relevant experience as an order processor, admin assistant or within customer service will be preferable but not essential.
