We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Summit Director role for an Event, Services company based in London. We are a start-up event company that runs 10+ global events a year. We offer flexible working locations and schedule, fun environment. A Global Summit Director will be leading several event projects in Asia Pacific and London.

Optional Requirements:
-Any event management experience
-Mandarin / Cantonese speaker

Job Responsibilities:

• Business summits (virtual + physical events) organizing from liaising with venues, speaker recruitment, content research, agenda shaping, etc.

• Running the summits onsite - currently all virtual/online, but future opportunities to travel to Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok & more!

• Clients relationship management

• Project management - overseeing the entire project and working with colleagues from different functions to achieve the best outcome overall.

• Skilled user of MS Office Software.

• A Self-motivated, result-driven, quick learner.
