We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant role for a Chartered Accountancy company based in Edinburgh. We have gained a reputation as accountants of uncompromising integrity, reliability, and efficiency. We are looking for an assistant accountant to join our team on a full-time basis. Ideally 2 years plus experience working in an accounting firm in a similar role. 

Job Requirements:

• Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills

• Ability to work on their own initiative

• Possess excellent spoken and or written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese

• Highly computer-literate

• Great attention to details

• High standard of work

• In addition, a good understanding of payroll and vat would be advantages
