Our client is a rapidly rising e-commerce business with five years of continuous strong online sales growth. Following 5 years of continuous strong online sales growth, they now wish to appoint a key person to run their UK online platform. They are looking for a key person who has a deep understanding of eBay / Amazon Marketing Services and Strategic Vendor Services.

Job Requirements:

• MUST have Experience working on eBay and Amazon

• Preferred have skills on Linnworks software system

• Competence in computer-based systems, such as office, outlook, and internet browsing is essential for this role.

• Experience in working in a digital marketing department within a digital business

• Excellent written English and descriptive skills

• Good understanding of web technologies: HTML / CSS

• Leading the sales growth on eBay / Amazon marketplaces.

• Keeping company eBay and Amazon accounts in TOP RATE level and communicate with eBay and Amazon to solve the case which cannot deal with customers.

• Dealing with customer telephone pre and post-sales enquires and help with processing orders Creating and updating listings. Writing effective and accurate product descriptions that are concise and informative for a broad range of products Maintaining and administering the site, including monitoring inventory, sales, answering customer queries
