We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate role for a Luxury Fashion Boutique based in London. Our client is a renowned Parisian Haute boutique that, beyond fashion, exposes the essence of femininity and the timeless elegance of its iconic designer.

• You need to be genuine with your clients and have excellent communication skills.

• you should be inherently proactive and self-starters.

• You must take a hands-on, diligent approach.

Revised Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: 

• As an ambassador, you'll be in charge of greeting customers, introducing them to the boutique's history, and eventually maintaining an outstanding customer experience while meeting sales goals.

• You'll be critical to the boutique's smooth operation and a pleasant customer experience. CRM operation and maintaining a loyal customer base for both the brand and the boutique are two of the team's main priorities.

• This individual must be diligent in cultivating superior customer relationships and creating a profitable client book.

• KPIs and revenue goals are extremely important while working in the flagship boutique.

• When attempting to generate profits in a competitive retail market, the ability to function both independently and as part of a team will be critical.

• They need people who are enthusiastic about their store and want to learn more about it.

• You'll be expected to become an expert in your field and share what you've learned with both your clients and your coworkers.
