Sales Negotiator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator role for a Real Estate company based in Elephant & Castle. Our clients are among London's leading property and letting agencies, with an extensive property management portfolio. Their team of committed, seasoned property investment, construction, and management professionals handle all aspects of real estate investment, development, and management.

About You:

• 2 years of estate agency experience

• Sales goals are consistently met and exceeded.

• Outstanding presenters and communicators

• Possess an outgoing, lively personality.

• Possess a good work ethic.

• Have a strong desire to excel in a competitive environment.

• The advantage in Conversational Mandarin

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with clients to market properties in the most effective way possible in order to maximize the sale price.

• Prospective buyers' property inquiries are treated.

• Valuation of properties

• Reports, brochures, promotional materials, and other written materials

• Visiting properties and conducting viewings

• Negotiating the selling and rental of real estate

• Managing and securing the sale and acquisition of land, as well as ensuring that it is done legally
