ESL teachers needed in China

Internatioanl kindergarten in xiamen厦门,27-34k,can be negotiated up to 40k with high qualification

1. Lead a class of children daily (2 to 7-year-old – age depending on your assigned class), provide an immersive English-speaking environment, and guarantee the quality of instruction.

2. Ensure English curricula and lesson plans are implemented properly in the classroom and provide feedback to other faculty members.

3. Assist with activities and events run by the school.  

4.Maintain good relationships with parents, communicate with parents and assistant teachers and keep them well-informed about children’s performance and progress, provide a first-class service for the parents and children.  

5. Assist and participate in relevant on-site training provided by the center and the headquarters; be willing to accept new teaching modes and educational philosophies.  

6. Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary from 24k-34k RMB per month and remuneration package.

 Requirements

- Native English speaker (US/Canada/UK/Ireland/Australia/New Zealand)

- Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood Education preferred)

- Enjoy working with young children; remain flexible and responsive to the personalized needs of each student

- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (experience of teaching children preferred)
