We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer adviser and Administrative officer role for an Online Hardware supplies company based in London. The Client is a busy online retailer of Bathroom fittings selling mainly to the UK. The Client's customer base is expanding quickly, and we are looking for someone to join us in a sales role with some general admin. Previous sales experience is essential.

Job Requirements:

• Competence in computer-based systems, such as office, outlook, and internet browsing is essential for this role.

• Experience of working on eBay/ Amazon preferred

• Excellent written and spoken English and descriptive skill

• Excellent communication in Mandarin or Cantonese

Responsibilities

The right candidate must also be confident and proficient in sales and able to deal with over the phone and via email.

Duties, Responsibilities & Experience: - A working knowledge of the internet/E-commerce- Excellent communications skill - both written and verbal.

The Admin element of this role is as follows:

• Head of the customer service team.

• Handling general before and after-sales issues.

• Assistant to keep the online account in safe

• Prompt response to customer inquiries via telephone and email.

• Arranging delivery of goods. And checking returns.

• Updating customer details accurately.

• Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;

• booking and amending delivery dates.

• Key keeper if needed

• General Preparing papers and files for online platform needed

• Other jobs need to support in office and warehouse
