We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator role for a Beauty Clinic company based in London. The Client is a top-quality and doctor-led aesthetic clinic specializing in cosmetic injections and skin care treatment. They want to recruit talented individuals for their company.

Job Requirements:

● Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
● Professional personal image and good affinity for patients, ability to work independently, and being a team player.
● Ability to manage crises and good communication skills.
● Right to work in the UK. (Company can sponsor Tier 2 work visa for excellent candidates)

Job Responsibilities

● Greet patients upon their arrival, assist patients to fill out the personal information form, the before & after photos taken, communicate and collaborate with clinicians to complete the patients’ journey.
● Provide professional aesthetic consultations based on patients’ needs and personal conditions and answer the relevant questions.
● Participate in cross-departmental collaboration such as market survey and event planning, and liaise with clinic’s suppliers and consulting agencies.
● Establish and optimize the standard operating procedure in the clinic.
