We have an exciting opportunity with a client that is redefining the patient journey by investing in the latest dental technology and offering a bespoke customer service experience unmatched anywhere else in the industry.

As part of our expansion to become Scotland's leading dental company we are recruiting a mandarin speaking customer care representative to provide exceptional service to our Chinese-speaking clients.

1.High standard of written and spoken English
2.Excellent communication skills and a professional and confident telephone manner
3.Excellent customer care skills and customer-focused attitude
4.Ability to work in a team
5.Experience in the reception role is an advantage
6.Used to working under pressure
7.Rights to work in the UK with a minimum of 1-year stay to be considered

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience: customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work remotely: No

Job Responsibilities

1.Work with our product manager to acquire and convert patients to paid services
2.Greeting patients as they arrive and answering the phones and emails to make sure all customer inquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
3.Diary management. Scheduling and canceling patient appointments.
4.Responsible for the payment collection, allocating treatment fees correctly to different dentists.
5.Responsible for language interpretation. This includes translation for the mandarin speaking customers in the reception and telephone and email correspondence in mandarin.
Experience with We Chat, Sina Weibo, DouYin and Zhihu
