Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the running of the meat      counters;

• To be aware, adhere to and      understand Food Hygiene regulations, personal safety procedures including      the handling and use of knives and machinery;

• Maintain a clean and clear      workstation at all times;

• Run end of shift checks on the      workstation, ensuring that all tools and surfaces are clean and prepped      for the next shift;

• Maintain a responsible, safe      and professional manner at all times;

• Liaise with other departments      to promote the smooth running of the meat counters;

• Receive deliveries of meats and      inspect the stock to ensure that all received meat products are to a high      standard;
